How might we support our staff to authentically engage in utilizing the spiral of inquiry to drive the professional learning process?

Our staff created a series of professional learning inquiry groups based on feedback from students, parents, and staff regarding priority areas at Nose Creek Elementary School.  In alignment with our RVS 4 Year Plan, our school’s professional learning plan is focusing on the following overarching areas, with two targeted focus areas each and all three supporting Student Engagement. Prototypes for each targeted focus area have been created and work is well underway.
