Describe the prototype(s) your school will focus on. Get creative. Be sure to describe the various approaches staff will take, what you will keep your eye on and how staff plan to document their results.
Staff members have identified students lacking connections and each staff member has created a targeted list of 5 students to ensure they have connections in the building. Strategies have been implemented for each individual student to make sure that their relationships develop and students ultimately feel more supported.
