How might we?:

Develop a sense of engagement and connections with our students who don't have many connections in our building.

Describe the prototype(s) your school will focus on. Get creative. Be sure to describe the various approaches staff will take, what you will keep your eye on and how staff plan to document their results.

Staff members engaged in an activity where we put up pictures of all the students in the building on the wall and the staff went and put stickers by the ones we felt we had connections with. We looked at the results and each chose 5 students we would actively make connections with. We meet with teams on a regular basis to discuss our progress and help each other with ways we can connect with these students.
