How might we?:

Educate stakeholders to build an understanding about strategic priorities and approaches? 

Describe the prototype(s) your Department/Branch will focus on. Get creative. Be sure to describe the various approaches staff will take, what you will keep your eye on and how staff plan to document their results.

  1. Compose a list of the top ten most asked questions that Reception answers.
  2. Create an ask and answer "arrangement"
  3. Speak to departments. Can they post these questions/ add content in this regard to their website or send a communication/create a brochure (to reduce calls for them and us)?

Over the next month, will track incoming phone/email enquiries in a Word document. Where possible, will group questions by department, noting when questions have been asked multiple times. After one month, review the list to identify if top 10 questions have emerged or if questions are too varied to identify frequency.

Goal is to be more proactive in providing information rather than reactive (answering the same question over and over again.)
