utilize Professional Learning Communities to drive initiatives (including literacy and numeracy?)  

Describe the prototype(s) your school will focus on. Get creative. Be sure to describe the various approaches staff will take, what you will keep your eye on and how staff plan to document their results.

Teachers will be given Professional Learning Community time with both subject area partners and pod partners, embedded in their timetable, in order to engage in common literacy and numeracy engagement. 
We will also engage all staff in developing and reflecting on progress made towards school goals by being involving teachers and support staff, increasing sense and belief in collective efficacy.
