  • We will evaluation progress based on Instructional Design development and implementation through Professional Learning Days.  We will analyze the following for evidence of improvement:

  • Engagement via survey results and anecdotal evidence

  • Professional sharing of lesson plans within staff

  • Student achievement

  • Student voice/choice and involvement

  • Professional learning around balanced assessment (i.e. formative and summative)

  • Pragmatic literacy and numeracy approaches will be identified and implemented by educational staff
