  • Development of CHS Intervention Model (levels of support) that outlines how Learning Support is organized and implemented around CHS

  • Staff collaboration to support inclusion in the classroom (Learning Assistants, Teachers, Guidance and Learning Support)

  • Triangulating information from all stakeholders

  • Mentorship Program (Leadership) 

  • We will continue to evaluate Learning Support strategies and effectiveness throughout the school.  The following indicators will provide feedback:

  • The development of the Intervention Model will assist staff in recognizing student needs and provide appropriate supports.
