How might we align with provincial and divisional mandates regarding inclusion to ensure ALL students have access to the support they need within a safe environment? 
How might we intentionally foster relationships with families in support of student learning?

Describe the prototype(s) your school will focus on. Get creative. Be sure to describe the various approaches staff will take, what you will keep your eye on and how staff plan to document their results.

Utilize internal expertise, flexible groupings, and alternate spaces to ensure all students have access to the support they need within a safe environment.  Staff will complete a Google form/spreadsheet with their area(s) of expertise.
Students will complete at home activities, and the teacher(s) will receive feed back from families.  The plan is to utilize My Blueprint to document the results.
Not everyone has the same definition of what inclusion means.  Flexibility requires flexibility (groups might change on the fly and adapt to the needs they are presenting).  Communication is imperative.  There needs to be ownership from all stakeholders.  The importance to good relationships is key.  We need to ensure that we are focusing on quality over quantity.
Our next steps are to define inclusion as a school, and check with Rockyview Schools as well as the province.  We need to focus on a team approach.  Continue to work on developing an inventory of skills of staff and students.  There needs to be a timetable alignment to ensure we can accommodate flexible groupings and learning environments.
